Ensure that you're on the login page below:

Select Forgot Password.

It should bring you to this page.

Confirm the User ID and type in the characters in the bottom area too.

Once you click next it gives you the option to specify.

Select Text my mobile phone.

Type your confirmation code and click Next

This is now the final page where you confirm a new password and click Finish.
